KSU 8:30am Departing from Ironhorse to Bryson City Train Depot

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Great Smoky Mountains as we travel along the Tennesse and Nantahala River. The historic bridge Fontana Trestle, takes you across Fontana Lake before entering the beautiful Nantahala Gorge.We'll arrive at our layover destination in the heart of the Nantahala Gorge for a one-hour stop, where you can relax by the river, explore, or enjoy some sightseeing.

Onboard dining is included in First Class seating, with menu selections available. 

Cost for event: First class tickets $132.92, per person plus a $10 parking fee.

Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To improve our chances of sitting together, please make your reservations before April 1, 2026. 

The train ride is approximately 4 1/2 hours round-trip, covering 44 miles. Tanks and tummies full.
